Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for domestic orders on regular priced merchandise that is unworn & not damaged within 30 days of receipt.

Extended holiday return policy:  Domestic orders on regular priced merchandise placed between Nov 12nd- Dec 25th will have 30 days or until Jan 15th to return or exchange!  Shoes must be unworn and undamaged and in original packaging.  Returns must be post marked by Jan 15th. 

Exchanges: The first exchange is on us - Munjoi will happily pay the return shipping fees on your first domestic exchange.  Shipping fees on subsequent exchanges to be paid by the customer.

Returns for a refund: Return shipping cost for a refund is to be paid by the customer.

International Orders: Orders shipping outside of the US are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Please allow 10-14 business days after receipt for return to be processed.
